I am an art psychotherapist (HCPC registered) and clinical supervisor, a trauma specialist with qualifications in trauma sensitive yoga (TCTSY) and Relational Trauma Therapy. My long term involvement with Buddhism, which has included training in Buddhist psychology and meditation, underpins who I am as a therapist.
I see people privately in Bristol as well as from a base in Hereford, where I also work for MCS, a community based counselling charity. I can offer sessions in Gloucester as well as online sessions via Zoom and MS Teams
As a therapist with over thirty years experience working in caring roles, I have worked with children and adults, within family services, acute mental health and inpatient services, in children’s centres and overseas as well as in private practice. I am also a practitioner informed by a lived experience of mental illness.
I can offer both individual and group work, short and long term therapy. I also offer consultations via Zoom, which can also be combined with face-to-face work.
